DEI as a Differentiator

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) have become front of mind for many organizations as they deal with many of the social challenges facing society. It’s not enough to acknowledge that something needs to be done. Companies need to be active participants in the conversation. They need to make DEI a key component of their culture. Join me as I talk with Ingrid Harb from None of the Above (NOTA) as we discuss what leaders and organizations can do to make DEI a differentiator for them.

Ingrid founded Women Ambassadors Forum in 2015 with the goal of building a platform for women to collaborate globally and have access to the tools that will enable them to reach their full potential. In 2019 she founded Align Creative Agency, and in August 2020 started developing “a process to define DEI standards, unbiasedly assess company culture, and collaboratively deploy an internal solution” being the CEO of NOTA, or None Of The Above.
