Company Overview
We Put Relationships First.
InTech Ideas was founded to address the key problems in software development staffing that traditional outsourcing models fail to to answer. We asked… why:
- Is it so hard to hire and retain top talent?
- Are end-user needs and strategy often ignored?
- Do we treat outsourced projects as transactional relationships?
- Don't all resources feel like they are part of the team?
Our mission is to address our client’s needs using our people-focused, 4-step methodology to ensure consistency and sustainability throughout the process
Step 1
Alignment
Unlike traditional outsourcers, we perform an assessment to understand your unique culture and objectives.
Step 2
Onboarding
We start with taking the time to understand your specific needs so we can assemble the perfect team.
Step 3
Execution
Next, we work closely with your team to ensure that the right plans are in place to ensure flawless execution.
Step 4
Refinement
With regular stakeholder check-ins, our team remains in sync with your organizational goals.

The InTech Difference
InTech Ideas takes a modern, people-first approach to product development. Our team of experts understand the demands that start-ups and fast-growing companies face – aggressive launch dates, shifting priorities, talent gaps, budget overruns and changing market needs.
Our mission is to think differently about software and bring humanity back to the product development process, while never losing sight of moving your business forward.
At InTech Ideas We Believe In:
People Over Technology
We view technology as a way to expand human capability rather than a stand-alone solution. Spend less time on routine tasks and more time unleashing the full power of your creativity.
Relationships Over Projects
Conventional staffing agencies are based on transactional relationships, but we prefer taking a long-term approach. This governs the way we interact with clients, but also how we treat our team.
Collaboration Over Silos
Successful teams value all stakeholders – employees, clients, end-users, and partners – and promote collaboration and engagement across the entire organizational ecosystem.
Curiousity Over Indifference
When you’re building a winning team, outside the box thinking at all levels is essential, not optional. As an organization, we value and encourage life-long learning.
